Congratulations to John for his 40 years of service at HKI. He started right out of high school!
John started his career with HKI on April 25, 1983, working in the electrical department. After a year, he was moved over to the welding department where he worked for the next 5 years. In 1989, John was promoted to a shop lead and eventually supervisor, looking over electrical, refrigeration, Ansul, welding and product development. In 2000, John moved into the sales department where he serves today as Director of Training and one of our busiest Market Managers, looking over the Houston and Hawaii regions.
John’s customers show great loyalty to him. His company peers show that same kind of respect. And, even with the high work-load John carries, he has shown repeatedly that he is able to find a way to support his customers and his company.
John, thank you for your 40 years of service and your strong commitment to HKI!
We strive to be the global leader in providing distinctive value through Integrated Equipment and Service Solutions to the restaurant and retail industry that enables our customers, partners and employees to succeed.
Based on our customers’ increased needs we are utilizing the Integrated Project Management model to actively develop new competencies in areas of field data collection and in the creation of architectural engineering drawings. This in turn translates into site execution while monitoring suppliers manufacturing schedules and influencing their inventory management. This extended role is particularly valuable in more mature markets with significant numbers of rebuilds and relocations.
